Order Confirmation
Upon confirmation of the customer's order, a binding agreement is entered between the customer and cozycasera.com, which is subject to the terms and conditions. cozycasera.com will automatically send an order confirmation to the customer after the purchase is completed. However, cozycasera.com reserves the right to cancel an order and withhold the product in case of any errors or omissions in the order. Payment Methods
cozycasera.com accepts various payment methods including VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal. When paying by credit or debit card, customers are required to enter all necessary card information, including the security code for 3D Secure transactions. The information is securely transmitted to cozycasera.com using SSL encryption, ensuring that customer data is protected from unauthorized access. cozycasera.com does not store credit card information after the transaction is completed.
The prices listed on cozycasera.com's website include Danish VAT for EU-based customers, which will be automatically deducted for non-EU customers. Prices do not include shipping or other services that may be offered by cozycasera.com. cozycasera.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Prices are displayed in local currencies on the website. Please be aware that additional import charges such as customs duty and sales tax may be incurred depending on your region and country, and these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your region and local customs legislation, you may be subject to additional charges such as customs duty and sales tax. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

VAT EXEMPT PURCHASES (FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU):
Customers outside of the EU are eligible for tax-free purchases. Prices listed on our website do not include payment or delivery charges. If you are located outside of the EU, VAT (which is typically 25% of the total price) will be automatically deducted from your order.

Returns
If the customer wishes to cancel their purchase, they must provide unambiguous notice within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. To meet the cancellation deadline, the customer must send the notification before the 14-day period has ended. The product must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of dispatch. To ensure a successful return, the product should be returned in its original packaging if possible. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels, but we do offer a return service for a fee, which varies depending on the location of the return. Any returns that do not meet the requirements mentioned above will be rejected by cozycasera.com. Customers must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product has been received and refunded. When using the right of withdrawal, reasonable costs will also be refunded. The total amount will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of notice of withdrawal. However, cozycasera.com may withhold the refund until the item has been received or until the customer has submitted documentation for returning the item, whichever is the earliest.
If the customer wishes to exchange an item, they can do so by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once cozycasera.com receives the returned product, the item(s) will be refunded. Regardless of use, an item can be returned. However, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the product. If the product has been handled differently than what is necessary to test it in a general way, and the value has deteriorated as a result, cozycasera.com will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.
If the customer does not agree with cozycasera.com's handling of the cancellation right and is unable to find an amicable solution, they may file a complaint with the Centre for Complaints Solution, provided the conditions for doing so are met (see www.forbrug.dk).

Warranty and Repairs
All products sold on cozycasera.com are covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty which covers defects caused by faulty workmanship or other manufacturing-related errors. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. If you have any warranty claims, please contact our customer service team at info@cozycasera.com.
Please ensure that any items being returned for repair are washed and cleaned of any stains and odors. We cannot accept items that are returned with stains and odors, and they will be rejected and returned to the customer.
To make a claim under the warranty, you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should have been discovered, but no later than two months from the date of receipt of the goods. If the claim is deemed valid, we will refund the reasonable costs for shipping the item.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your claim, and we are unable to reach an amicable solution, you may complain to the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk).

Shipping
For domestic orders GLS and international orders are handled by FEDEX, UPS and DHL . We provide track and trace information via email after dispatch. Shipping times for regular service within Europe are typically 3-7 business days, while orders within Denmark are delivered within 1-2 days.
Please note that cozycasera.com is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes outside the EU. Our estimated shipping times serve as a guide only. Some countries may experience longer shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order during checkout and may vary from country to country.
