Rights to return

At Cozy Casera, we understand that customers require the assurance of knowing they can return their purchases if they are not satisfied. That’s why we are happy to offer a return policy according to EU law.

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent after the 14-day window are not accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
