Shipping

For domestic orders GLS is handling our orders, and international orders are handled by DHL,FEDEX and UPS. We provide track and trace information via email after dispatch. Shipping times for regular service within Europe are typically 3-5 business days, while orders within Denmark are delivered within 1-2 days.

Please note that cozycasera.com is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes outside the EU. Our estimated shipping times serve as a guide only. Some countries may experience longer shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order during checkout and may vary from country to country.
